Bijay is responsible for organizing IFIL’s Nepal trips, which have become a constant in our programme. He has welcomed more than 50 people to Nepal over the past years and enabled them a unique view on his home country, thanks to his deep understanding of the region and far-reaching connections. Having vast experience in sustainable tourism and cross-cultural exchange, he founded and has lead the social enterprise Hands-On Institute, which shares IFIL’s vision of more meaningful and exchange-based travel.
